Not Pixel by Notcoin – what is this project and when is the token listing

Twitter LinkedIn

Not Pixel, launched September 24, 2023, became the third and final addition to the Notcoin ecosystem, built on top of projects like Lost Dogs.

This information was reported by URA-Inform with reference to the official Not Pixel Telegram channel.

It is noted that this unique game combines creativity, community and blockchain technologies, providing users with a platform for creating a large-scale digital masterpiece on an interactive canvas in Telegram.

The main gameplay and the role of the community

In the game, players interact with a 1000×1000 pixel canvas where everyone can contribute by placing pixels to create an image. A key feature of Not Pixel is that each pixel is permanent: once placed, it becomes a permanent part of the overall picture, making every decision meaningful. Teamwork and strategic planning are key, as no single player has complete control over the canvas.

Players start with a limited amount of energy that regenerates over time. This limits the ability to make an immediate impact, but keeps the game constantly engaging. As players progress, they can upgrade their abilities, increasing the number of pixels available and gaining more energy to contribute in a more meaningful way.

Proof-of-Canvas (PoC) Reward System and PX Tokens

One of the innovations of Not Pixel is the Proof-of-Canvas (PoC) blockchain system, where players earn PX tokens for the pixels they place. This mechanism is similar to Bitcoin's Proof-of-Work, motivating users for their contribution to the game. For each pixel, a player receives 0.1 PX per day, and the accumulated tokens can be used to improve the gameplay: increase the speed of pixel placement and reduce the energy recovery time. Players must withdraw their tokens every 8 hours to maintain the accumulation process, which encourages constant activity in the game.

Expected listing

The community is actively discussing a possible listing of NotPixel in November 2024, which adds an additional element of engagement to the game. Moreover, the development team is reported to be making “bold” hints at mid- or late November. However, of course, there have been no official statements about this. However, it is expected that the listing of tokens will take place on the main exchanges, among which the most relevant are Binance, OKX, WhiteBit, etc.

Information about when the listing of tokens of the Notcoin 2.0 project will take place may also still be relevant.
