Zaluzhny's injury was not fictitious: Krivonos told how the former commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces almost died

Reserve General Sergei Krivonos disclosed information that in May 2023, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny was wounded as a result of an artillery strike on a command post.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Enovosty.

< p>According to Krivonos, the strike occurred one and a half minutes after a call from the Presidential Office, during which radio emissions were recorded. This probably helped Russian artillery fire on the building where Zaluzhny and the military were located.

Although Zaluzhny was injured, his life was not in serious danger due to the reliable fortification of the building. This incident, which had been little known until now, was voiced by Krivonos in a conversation with former MP Boryslav Bereza.

“Remember when there were rumors that Zaluzhny was wounded. In reality, it happened that way. It's just that Zaluzhny was wounded after a call from the President's Office. And after the call, Zaluzhny, picking up the phone, discovered his radio emissions, then a minute and a half later a guided Russian artillery shell flew there,” Krivonos said.

Bereza also agrees with him, noting that he himself knows about this, noting that they don't talk about it.

“And Zaluzhny really did get a hole in his body, but they kept quiet about it. So here's the whole answer about spies, moles, and “assistants” regarding our security. They were dreaming of eliminating Zaluzhny back then. But it didn't work. The building it landed in was quite old, powerful, and only the debris cut up General Zaluzhny's body,” Krivonos recalls.

It was also previously reported whether they were going to replace Syrsky after the failures at the front: an insider revealed the authorities' plans.
