Where will summonses be sent to a person without state registration: a lawyer's explanation

All military personnel citizens are required to be registered for military service at the place of state registration.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to lawyer Dmitry Franchuk.

The absence of such registration does not exempt them from participating in mobilization process during a special period. Summons can be sent to the place of work, the last known place of residence or the registration address of close relatives. This was reported by lawyer Dmitry Franchuk.

He also noted that even if a person does not have state registration or official place of residence, this does not relieve him of the obligation to participate in mobilization. In such cases, summonses will be sent to one of the possible places:

— last known place of residence;

— place of work;

— registration address of immediate relatives.

In addition, according to Franchuk, personal files of conscripts usually contain contact information, such as a telephone number or email address, through which employees of the territorial recruitment center can also contact the citizen.

It was also previously reported that the deputy spoke out against recruiting people into the army with large sums of money: it would be “the wrong motivation.”
