In two more populated areas mandatory evacuation has been declared at points in the Kharkiv region.

URA-Inform reports this with reference to the press service of the Kharkiv regional military administration.

The press service of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported that this time it was about the villages of Izyumskoye and Boguslavka. They specified that the corresponding order “On the mandatory evacuation of the population in certain settlements of the Borovskoy settlement territorial community of the Izyumsky district” was signed on October 7, 2024.

“Considering the constant shelling and the security situation in the Borovsk village community, we must evacuate the residents of these settlements as soon as possible,” said Oleksandr Tertyshny, head of the Borovsk village military administration of the Izyum district of the Kharkiv region.

He added that the heads of the districts in which these settlements are located are required to conduct explanatory work regarding the threat to the lives of local residents.

“At the same time, the Borovsk children's service is constantly monitoring the situation with families with children in the community,” — the official summed up.

Tertyshny assured that all evacuees will be provided with temporary housing, humanitarian, financial, as well as primary medical and psychological assistance. Everyone will be assisted in completing documents, etc.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have begun preparing the Dnipropetrovsk region for defense: what is already known.
