The Ukrainian government has introduced changes in the rules for the provision of postal services.
This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1147.
From now on, the procedure for delivering and serving subpoenas will be regulated by new. This is evidenced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1147.
In particular, recommended letters marked “TCK Agenda” will be delivered to the addressee in person. If the addressee is not at his place of residence, postal workers will leave a message in the mailbox or inform him by telephone.
If within three working days after informing the addressee does not show up to receive the letter, the postal worker will mark “addressee not at the specified address” and the letter will be returned to the sender. In essence, this will be “due notice”, after which the TCC can issue a ruling on a fine.
It is reported that the changes also concern court summonses, which can now be delivered together with TCC summonses, and are subject to personal delivery to the addressees.
Against this backdrop, The Times predicted whether Ukraine would be able to mobilize 200,000 men by the end of the year.
