Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky answered the question whether Ukraine is considering an option in which our state could cease fire if it receives guarantees from the West.

Following a meeting with French leader Emmanuel Macron, Zelensky said that Kyiv is not considering ending hostilities at the front in exchange for security guarantees from Western countries. According to him, this disinformation could be spread by Russian propaganda.
“This is not a topic of our discussions, no truce, we did not want to talk about it. I saw in The media is something like that. Russia works a lot with the media, with this information, so everything is clear here,” — said Volodymyr Zelensky.
It is worth noting that recently President Volodymyr Zelensky, during his speech at the Ukraine – South-Eastern Europe summit, stated that the Ukrainian government, together with its allies, is finalizing a document on a fair end to the war with Russia. It will contain all the conditions for this. Work on it will be completed in November.
At the same time, according to the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, Ukraine is ready to cease fire at the front: however, there are conditions.< /p>
