«In some cities of our country, in particular, Kyiv and Dnepr, In those sections of the road where both road conditions and road safety allow, signs of the highest speed limit were installed. That is, 80 km/h in the summer. This period is now ending, and from November 1, the indicated signs will be changed to standard ones, that is, the speed limit is “50 km/h”, he explained.

Beloshitsky added that in fact the traffic rules will remain almost unchanged, only “the winter period is coming, which does not provide for other speed restrictions”.

It also became known that in Ukraine they want to introduce a new type of Punishments for drivers: it will be easier to lose your license.
