Sector officer mobilization and defense work of the Kyiv city TCC and SP Larisa Kozak said that raids in public places of the capital had a positive effect on the mobilization process.

This was reported by “URA-Inform” with reference to Glavcom.

According to her, they were effective, since the number of volunteers who are ready to defend the Motherland has increased.

“As for work in public places – these actions were effective. I can say that turnout increased. In addition, perhaps this somehow contributed to raising the consciousness of our citizens, and people began to come again voluntarily or by summons,” Kozak convinces.

At the same time, the official noted that if there were cases of violation of citizens' rights by TCC employees during raids, then people should contact the police.

“I am not aware of any cases involving citizens who had valid military registration documents and who were subject to any detentions or delivery to the TCC. If we look at the legal framework, there are many mechanisms to encourage citizens to visit the TCC on their own,” said Larisa Kozak.

In addition, she added that a number of violators avoid direct contact with the TCC. Therefore, they will never voluntarily come to the military registration and enlistment office, even if they receive a summons.

“Therefore, such notification activities must be continued” this is our everyday work, which takes place within the legal framework according to those regulatory and legal acts that allow such events to be held,” the servicewoman said.

In turn, Vakarchuk commented for the first time on the raids by the TCC and the police after the Okean Elzy concert.
