This tandem, thanks to its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, can relieve pain and restore mobility even in chronic forms of arthritis.

A recent study conducted by a group of scientists from the University of Copenhagen has shown that regular intake of a mixture of honey and cinnamon can significantly improve the condition of patients with arthritis. The experiment included 200 participants with different stages of the disease. Patients took one tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of cinnamon every morning before breakfast.

After just one week, 73 participants reported a complete disappearance of pain, and after a month, most patients who previously suffered from limited mobility were able to move freely without experiencing discomfort.

While the mixture of cinnamon and honey shows promising results, doctors emphasize: it is important to consider this remedy as part of a comprehensive approach to treatment. Before starting to take any supplements or folk remedies, you should always consult with your doctor. This is especially true for people with allergies or chronic diseases, for which some components may be contraindicated.

Doctors also told what effect will be if you soak your feet in apple cider vinegar once a week.
