President Vladimir Zelensky said that the coming months should be decisive in determining the end of the war in Ukraine.
This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Oleg Romanov.
In turn, the commander of the anti-tank Battalion 3rd Separate Assault Brigade Oleg Romanov expressed his point of view on whether the war in Ukraine will end in 2025. He noted that he does not believe that this will happen in the near future.
“I don't believe that this will happen because, again, Russian President Vladimir Putin has put his economy on a war footing. Why would he need “What should I do if everything is going well? What can stop me?”, — says the military man.
According to him, the Ukrainian army had a moment when we had our striking force and were moving towards the south.
“It was possible then. Now, unfortunately, I don't see it. But I would also really like it because the guys “everyone is very tired,” says Oleg Romanov.
Earlier, Zelensky also announced the condition after which peace talks with the Russian Federation could begin.
