Georgia's Central Election Commission has released preliminary results of the parliamentary elections: which party is in the lead

Central Electoral The Georgian commission counted 70.9% of the votes that citizens cast in the parliamentary elections.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to the website of the Central Election Commission of Georgia.

The ruling party is currently in the lead “Georgian Dream”. According to preliminary calculations, the citizens' votes were divided as follows:

— “Georgian Dream” – 52.99%;

— “Coalition for Change – Gvaramia, Melia, Girchi, Droa” – 11.2%;

“Unity” (“National Movement”, “Strategy Agmashenebeli”, “European Georgia”) – 9.83%;

“Strong Georgia” (“Lelo”, “For the People”, “Freedom Square”, “Citizens”) – 9.02%;

— “Gakharia – For Georgia” – 8.22%;

— “Girchi” (Iago Khvichia) – 3 ,22%;

— “Alliance of Patriots”/”Alt-Info” – 2.53%;

— Labor Party – ; 0.75%.

Therefore, preliminary, only five parties overcome the five percent barrier and enter the Georgian parliament.
