Harris nearly loses lead over Trump: Reuters poll

The advantage of Democratic candidate Kamala Harris over Republican representative Donald Trump in the US elections has shrunk to one percent.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Reuters.

It is reported that Harris is currently supported by 44% of voters, while Trump is supported by 43% of Americans.

A three-day poll completed on Sunday showed a virtual dead heat in the U.S. presidential race, with a margin of error of about three percentage points, Reuters reported.

While Kamala Harris has led Donald Trump in every Reuters poll of registered voters, her lead has been steadily shrinking since late September. The publication's previous poll, conducted October 16-21, showed Harris ahead of Trump by two percentage points.

It is worth noting that about 89% of registered voters among Democrats and 93% of Republicans in the poll said they were absolutely sure they would vote in the US presidential election.

“That points to potentially greater enthusiasm for voting now compared to four years ago, when a Reuters poll in late October 2020 found that 74% of Democrats and 79% of Republicans said they were sure they would vote,” the publication adds.

Earlier, Bloomberg published a new forecast about what will happen to Ukraine under Trump.
