Oleg Zhdanov reported on the possible intentions of the Russian side to use non-standard methods, resorting to “biological weapons” in the form of involving prisoners with hepatitis B and C in military operations.

This was reported by “URA-Inform” with reference to Dialog.

A military expert revealed how the Russian leadership will solve the problem of a shortage of manpower without declaring mobilization:

«A new scheme for replenishing the personnel of the Russian army, which is fighting in Ukraine. The Kremlin decided to form assault units from convicted patients with hepatitis B and C, and send them to war against Ukraine. This is reported by our Main Intelligence Directorate. Previously, they were not taken (those with hepatitis B and C), because what kind of warriors are they? You can't fight much with such a disease, especially since they constantly need to be injected with «Insulin»».

According to Zhdanov, it is assumed that there are about 10 thousand such people in Russian prisons. At the same time, only 15% of them have volunteered to lead the front, while the rest will join the army “voluntarily-compulsorily” to participate in the conflict.

Nevertheless, the Kremlin has decided to “dispose of” them as well. According to the estimates of the Russian “leaders”, their new mobilization decision will allow thousands of prisoners to be recruited into the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces,” the expert concluded.

At the same time, Svitan explained how to avoid the collapse of the front in Donbass: who needs to be put into service.
