After purchasing a home on the secondary market it is important to re-register personal accounts in your name with utility providers.

It is reported that if this is not done, you may have to pay debts of previous owners for utilities. Experts recommend that when buying real estate, make sure that there are no debts at the time of the transaction, otherwise you may “inherit” someone else's debts.
It is also important to include in the purchase and sale agreement clause releasing the new owner from obligations for old debts. To re-register a personal account, you must contact the supplier, for example, the service center of the company responsible for gas supplies, and provide the following documents:
— passport ;
— taxpayer registration number;
— document of ownership of real estate;
— technical passport;
— an extract from the register of rights to real estate (if there is no meter);
— a certificate from the administrative services center on the composition of the family;
