At the Ministry of Social politicians have stated that social payments may be delayed in 2024 due to priority funding for military needs.

These expenses are a priority . The Department noted that Ukraine has a reserve of funds that allows for the timely implementation of planned social payments. However, most of these expenses are covered by international financial assistance.
That is why minor delays may occur: payments depend on the time of receipt of funds from partners. Military actions in the country affect the order of distribution of finances.
At the moment, the established order is in effect: if, simultaneously with the need for social payments, the treasury receives a request from the Ministry of Defense, the first priority is financed he. After that come other expenses. Thus, strict priority is ensured.
Despite possible temporary delays, the government assures that all social obligations will be fulfilled. Social payments are guaranteed and fully provided for in the state budget of Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainians could stop all payments, except for military ones.
