Date of possible next massive Russian strike on Ukraine named

Evgeny Diky claims that Russian missile strikes are more often dictated by military expediency than by symbolic reference to specific dates. As the expert explains, the timing of attacks is determined by the situation at the front or strategic calculations.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Dialog.

However, on certain days, such as Christmas and New Year, the likelihood of strikes increases, since these dates can be used for psychological pressure.

Dikiy noted that the missile potential of the Russian Federation allows for the production of about 10-12 ballistic and 30-35 cruise missiles monthly, which determines the frequency of massive attacks.

Despite the high efficiency of the Ukrainian air defense, which destroys up to 80% of enemy missiles, about 20% reach their targets. This, according to the expert, explains the tactics of the Russians: they are stockpiling missiles for powerful strikes, believing that in this way they will be able to overcome the defense systems and cause maximum damage.

«They did what they could, this maximum «salute», and now they are stockpiling for another massive strike. I do not believe that they will not try to ruin our holiday around the New Year. Here they clearly have, as criminals, their own modus operandi (course of action). They have a need to do something closer to the New Year, which means that this “New Year's fireworks” should already be accumulating, “Yevgeny Diky warned.

Meanwhile, the Kremlin has responded to permission to use long-range missiles for strikes on Russian territory.
