The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to consider the proposals of the Ministry of Defense regarding the reform of the mobilization system.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Ukrinform.

As Defense Minister Rustem Umerov reported, these initiatives are aimed at eliminating cases of forced conscription, known as “busification.”

“The enemy is now planning to increase its personnel. We are holding the front, giving a humane appearance to our mobilization, we have introduced, as you know, the law, recruitment centers have started working, we have started digitalization in order to have digital tools so that people know that they have a choice,” he said.

The Minister stressed that the reforms will take into account the interests of all Ukrainians, including those outside the country. It is planned to create conditions under which citizens will be able to independently choose the opportunity to join the army.

«Now the priority for us is to protect our country, so we plan to move away from these painful issues for the population (the issue of “busification” – ed.). To resolve this issue, we have proposals that we will discuss in the Cabinet of Ministers in order to propose such a reform, – the Minister of Defense said.

Umerov also noted that the Ministry of Defense is actively working to improve the mobilization process so that it becomes more transparent and organized. The department's proposals will be submitted for discussion to the Cabinet of Ministers in the near future.

At the same time, it became known how many employees of the TCC have no combat experience: the MP made a confession.
