Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced changes to the procedure for booking military personnel during mobilization and in wartime.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1332.

According to the new rules, all previously granted deferments issued through the Ministry of Economy or the Diia portal remain valid until their expiration, but no later than February 28, 2025.

In particular, Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1332 of November 22 defines the grounds for canceling deferments, including: expiration of the term, dismissal of an employee, liquidation of an enterprise, temporary suspension of an employment contract, and loss of the enterprise's status as critically important.

Employers of critical enterprises are required to promptly, within 24 hours, notify the Pension Fund of all personnel changes – hiring, transfer, dismissal or reinstatement of employees. This must be done through the electronic portal of the Pension Fund using an electronic signature.

The validity period of the status of a critical enterprise, which expires before November 30, 2024, is automatically extended until December 31, 2024.

The Ministries of Digital Transformation, Defense and Justice have been instructed to organize electronic interaction of state registers within a month to simplify the procedure for booking military personnel. In addition, it is planned to introduce the function of submitting documents through the electronic services portal.

The main provisions of the new resolution will come into force on December 1, 2024. However, individual points, including changes to the terms of deferments, will begin to apply immediately after the publication of the document.

Recall that earlier it was reported about increased mobilization: an important decision was made in one of the regions of Ukraine.
