From December 1, Ukrainians can receive a one-time financial assistance under the Winter eSupport program in the amount of 1,000 hryvnia.
This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Mykhailo Fedorov.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital transformations Mikhail Fedorov, noted that the payments are tied to the “National Cashback” program, and all citizens who are in Ukraine can receive 1,000 hryvnia
You can spend 1,000 hryvnia on certain goods and services. The amount received is not subject to taxation, and does not affect the citizen's receipt of a subsidy. These funds can be used within three months – December, January and February.
Citizens will be able to spend them on:
— payment of utilities;
— medicines;
— donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
— tickets of “Ukrzaliznytsia”;
— some other types of services;< /p>
— books;
— to pay for mobile communications.
Fedorov explained that this program was initiated by President Volodymyr Zelensky and is intended to provide social support citizens during the difficult winter period. The program will be financed from the remaining unused funds of the state budget for non-military purposes.
