Putin faces another failure after Syria: Zhdanov predicted where problems will soon begin for Russia

Military expert Oleg Zhdanov shared his forecasts about new difficulties awaiting Russia.

URA-Inform reports this with reference to Dialog.

According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to lose ground, and another failure awaits him in the near future, this time not only in Syria.

«The Canadian authorities also most likely took advantage of the situation. They decided to expand their presence in the Arctic while the Russians are not there, because they are all at war in Ukraine. Bashar al-Assad has already packed his bags and left Syria, and now the Canadians have decided to enter the Arctic while the Russians are all at war in Ukraine. The Canadian government plans to deploy new patrol ships, destroyers, icebreakers and submarines, as well as increase the number of aircraft and drones in its part of the Arctic region,— he said.

At the same time, Zhdanov quoted the Canadian Minister of Defense:

«The Arctic is a region of high tension. So what should be strengthened there? Correct. Canada's military presence. «Ottawa will seek deeper cooperation, in particular joint exercises with the Nordic countries. The deployment of missile systems by the Russians in the Arctic, capable of striking North America and Europe, is very alarming».

To summarize, the expert revealed the essence of what is happening now:

«In principle, this was to be expected. You see, Putin is not a politician. Putin is a security officer after all. He cannot calculate a multi-move game, like in chess. Didn't he understand that by getting involved in a war with Ukraine, he would lose everything? Now, after the loss of Syria, Africa will crumble. While he howls in Ukraine, Canada and the countries of Northern Europe are advancing on the Arctic. There is nothing to oppose him in the Arctic, no troops. They have scooped everything out of there».

In turn, Erdogan predicted new changes in world politics: the President of Turkey said what is happening.
