In Kyiv, the court considered the case men who, during a military ID check, allowed themselves to use obscene language towards police officers and the TCC.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to Advokat Prava.

It is noted , that the above-described behavior was assessed as a violation of public order, which led to administrative liability. For example, according to the decision of the Kyiv court, the offender was fined 119 hryvnia, as well as an obligation to pay 605.6 hryvnia of court fees.

< p>Experts note that this case highlights the importance of following the rules of conduct when communicating with representatives of government agencies. Using obscene language or aggressive behavior can entail not only a fine, but also more serious legal consequences.
