«Also, Ukraine may introduce separate administrative liability for violating evacuation rules. We are talking about entry or stay in populated areas where the evacuation is being carried out mandatory evacuation, without special permits», — the report says.

Journalists' sources clarified that the fine for this could be from 30 to 50 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

As for violating the curfew, there are no fines will be applied to people who go to shelters, provide medical assistance or accompany seriously ill wounded people.

Experts noted that this decision is not final, since the bill must be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for consideration.
