Commander company of the 78th regiment, Sergei Ogorodnik, spoke sharply about the problems of mobilization in Ukraine.

He criticized the work of the TCC and SP, stating that military registration and enlistment offices often call up people who are neither physically nor psychologically prepared.
According to Ogorodnik, among the recruits there are often sick people, people with addictions and those who has a legal right to a deferment, but still ends up being mobilized.
« ;Sometimes they call for obvious “illiquid assets”, which from the very beginning become “300” or becomes an additional problem for the unit,” the military man emphasized.
At the same time, he drew attention to the need to review approaches to the selection of recruits.
«Those who can at least physically wear a bulletproof vest and who can mentally work in a military team should fight. At the same time, why – then the workers of the TCC do not bring successful healthy businessmen and heads of companies with leadership qualities, they do not bring athletic guys with a titush appearance who can be put into action.
