In his opinion, the truce could be the beginning of new transformations in Ukraine if society avoids internal conflicts and begins to work effectively to improve state institutions.
Biletsky stressed that the main danger of a ceasefire is the possibility of the country being plunged into chaos and endless disputes about who contributed more to the war.
He called for a focus on the future, paying attention to modernization the power bloc and other key areas. This, in his opinion, will allow Ukraine to emerge from the crisis and strengthen its position on the international stage.
