Information is actively disseminated online about the breakthrough of the Ukrainian border in Chernihiv region.

This was reported by “URA-Inform” with reference to the Central Dispatch Center.

Thus, statements about the breakthrough of the border are being spread on the Internet. For more information, they are calling on people to go to by the link. The CPD reported that these are actually fake messages and that there is currently no threat to Ukrainians.

“The report about the Russian regular army breaking through the border in the north of Chernihiv region is not true,” citizens were warned.

The CPD explained that such “content is a classic example of advertising that uses fake news or provocative headlines to attract attention and increase the number of clicks on links.”

“No attempts by the enemy to break through the border within the Chernihiv region have been recorded. However, there remains a threat of shelling from the Russian Federation, in particular with the use of aviation, and a threat of continued enemy sabotage activities,” said Andriy Demchenko, a representative of the State Border Guard Service, in a commentary to the Central Dispatch Center.

The situation in the northern region was also commented on by the head of the Koryukov ROA Pavel Miroshnichenko. He stated that there is no threat to citizens, since there were no attempts to break through the border in the Chernihiv region.

“There were no such attempts in the district. At least, I don’t have such information,” he emphasized.

The CPD also calls on the media and Telegram channels “not to hype up topics that are sensitive for Ukrainians and not to help spread unverified information.”

It also became known how the war in Ukraine could end: three scenarios were named.
