Deputy Chief TCC of Kyiv Larisa Kozak explained important aspects of the treatment of mobilized citizens, emphasizing their rights within the framework of the current legislation.

In the At the beginning it was noted that the TCC does not have the right to take away mobile phones from mobilized citizens. However, the premises of the RTC are restricted facilities, which requires compliance with certain rules.
This means that conscripts may be required to temporarily limit the use of personal devices for ensuring security.
Moreover, according to Kozak, each RTC should be equipped with a room for comfortable communication of military personnel. Such rooms are necessary for holding consultations and clarifying all the details of mobilization. This also helps to reduce the level of stress among mobilized personnel.
At the end, the TCC representative added that administrative detention for violating mobilization rules does not exceed three hours. If a citizen disobeys, the term can be extended to three days. However, such measures must be justified and accompanied by clear evidence of violations on the part of the mobilized person.
