Sources in the Office of the President Ukraine reports significant changes in approaches to managing state-owned companies.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to the Resident telegram channel.

“According to Andrey Yermak's instructions, the supervisory boards of state-owned companies will be reformed. The main goal is to remove representatives of the so-called Soros team and put in their place people loyal to Bankova”, – it is said at the beginning.

The above-mentioned changes were initiated in the context of the new policy of interaction with international organizations, including the IMF.

The Cabinet of Ministers has already approved the procedure assessments of the performance of supervisory boards and reporting requirements. These measures not only strengthen control by the Office of the President, but also create the preconditions for more transparent management.

However, critics point out that such actions could be a step backwards in the development of corporate governance and weaken the independence of state-owned companies. Reformatting of supervisory boards will be an indicator of how far the Ukrainian authorities are ready to go in achieving their goals.

The insider also said that the US gave Zelensky a special signal.
