Reserve+ system introduces an automatic mechanism for checking draft deferments, which is becoming an important stage in the digitalization of mobilization processes in Ukraine.
This is reported by URA-Inform.
If the absence of legal grounds for deferment, it is cancelled automatically. The essence of the system is its integration with various state registers.
Among them are the databases of the Central Electoral Commission, the State Tax Service, the Pension Fund, the Ministry of Education and Science, and the State Judicial Administration and other executive authorities.
Such interaction allows for prompt identification of discrepancies in data and quick decisions on the legality of granted deferments.
The innovative approach of the “Reserve+” system minimizes corruption risks and the human factor , which could previously influence mobilization processes.
However, its implementation raises questions about the protection of personal data and possible errors in information processing. The system assumes that data from “Reserve+” can be compared with other registries, which increases its efficiency, but requires a high level of cybersecurity.
Also in Ukraine, from February 1, banks are introducing new limits on transfers.< /p>
