Mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov is one of the oldest city heads in Ukraine, URA-Inform reports.

At 60, he remains one of the key figures in local government, heading the city for the tenth year in a row.

Second place in this unofficial rating is occupied by the mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, who is 58 years old. In third place is the 56-year-old mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovy. Despite their age, these politicians continue to actively participate in the life of their cities and remain recognizable figures on political arena of the country.

Experienced mayors often face criticism for their long tenure in power, but their supporters emphasize their significant management experience and ability to cope with the challenges of the time.
