What will the weather be like in Ukraine in the first working week of February

Weather in Ukraine in the first working week of February will remind us of winter: heavy snowfalls and a drop in temperature to significant minuses are expected.

Monday, February 3 < /p>

The beginning of the week will be marked by snowfalls almost throughout Ukraine. In some regions, wet snow will fall. Night temperatures will drop to -4 degrees, especially in the western and northern regions, including Kyiv. During the day, -1 … +4 degrees are expected, with positive temperatures mainly in the south. In Kyiv, forecasters predict snowfall, night -2 … -4 degrees and daytime -1 … +1. 

Tuesday, February 4 

Snowfalls will continue, and in Crimea, rain will join them. Night temperatures will begin to decrease, reaching -4 degrees in the western regions. During the day in Ukraine it will be -1 … +1, with the exception of Transcarpathia, where the temperature may rise to +3. Snow is also expected in Kyiv, at night -4, during the day -1 … +1. 

Wednesday, February 5 

The middle of the week will bring stronger frosts. In the Chernivtsi region, the thermometer will show -8 degrees at night, and up to -5 in the southern regions. Daytime temperatures will remain mainly in the range of -3 … +2. Kyiv expects snowfall, night -5 … -6 degrees and daytime -1 … +1.

Thursday, February 6

Snow will be observed only in certain regions – western ones, as well as Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv and Luhansk regions. At night, the temperature will drop to -5 … -6 degrees, and during the day it will be -1 … +2. In Kyiv, no precipitation, night -5, daytime -1 … +1.

Friday, February 7

By the end of the work week, it will snow only in the western regions. Nighttime temperatures will remain at -5 … -6 degrees. During the day it will be -1…+4, the warmest in Zakarpattia (+4), and in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions frosts of up to -2 will persist during the day. In the capital there will be no precipitation, at night -3…-5, during the day -1…+1.
