Information has appeared about the prices and release dates of the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra smartphones on the global market. These devices promise to become notable flagships of 2025, but their cost in Europe makes you think.

The global premiere of Xiaomi 15 is expected to take place in late February or early March. According to insiders, the prices for these smartphones in Europe will be significantly higher than on the domestic market. Thus, the version of Xiaomi 15 with a 12/512 GB configuration will be sold for 1099 euros, which is about 48,000 hryvnias. For comparison, a similar version of the device in China costs 4799 yuan (about 27,000 hryvnias), which is almost half the price.
At the same time, the Xiaomi 15 Pro version, which was presented earlier, will remain exclusive to the Chinese market and will not appear in other countries. However, European buyers will be able to purchase the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, the price of which will be 1,499 euros (~ 65,000 UAH) for a model with 512 GB of memory.
It is worth noting that the “Ultra” version has not yet been presented even in China, but leaks have already revealed its main characteristics. The new competitor to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Galaxy S25 Ultra will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a 6.7-inch LTPO display and a camera with a 200-megapixel sensor in the periscope. A unique feature of the device will be the use of a dual-layer OLED display, which promises to increase brightness, improve energy efficiency and significantly reduce the likelihood of burn-in.
According to experts, this solution makes the Xiaomi 15 Ultra one of the most technologically advanced devices in its category. “Dual-layer OLED displays are a step forward in mobile technology. They open up new horizons for brightness and energy efficiency,” said one industry analyst.
