The speaker assured that the approval of the comprehensive bill improving the mobilization procedure is a priority for parliament.
He also added that when considering the document, the Verkhovna Rada will listen to the position of the military and the Cabinet of Ministers.
At the same time, the speaker expects large discussions when considering the bill at the committee level.
