On January 1, Russian troops shelled Volchansk in the Kharkov region. The private sector of the city was hit by an enemy attack.

“Two fires occurred at different addresses on an area of about 250 sq.m. A residential building, a car and courtyard buildings were on fire,” said the State Emergency Service.
