More than a thousand people and 932 cars are currently clearing state roads in Ukraine

Drivers are asked not to drive onto the roads unless there is an urgent problem.

Currently, state roads are being cleared by a thousand and three cars.

This was announced by the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development, Mustafa Nayem.

A storm warning has been declared in most regions of Ukraine. In the western, central and eastern regions there is icy conditions, accumulation of wet snow, and blizzards.

Hiring noted that since the very morning the Recovery Agency has had a 24-hour Headquarters for liquidating the consequences of emergency situations on the roads.

Starting tomorrow, the weather in Ukraine is predicted to worsen, which means the situation on the roads will also be difficult. In the southern regions there is icy conditions, accumulation of wet snow, in the Odessa region there are wind gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day.

“We ask drivers to be careful. Don't go on the roads unless necessary. If you are planning a trip, consider the weather conditions. Use special technical equipment for such situations – chains or anti-slip bracelets. Be sure to take a tow rope, a shovel, a can of gasoline, a winter glass washer, a first aid kit, a warning triangle, and a fire extinguisher if there is a long road ahead,” Nayem urged.
