Maluska told in Davos what the treaty should be like to confirm the end of the war with Russia

The terms of the document must be clear and legally binding, and the agreement itself must be ratified by the parliaments of the participating countries.

The agreement that will confirm the end of the war with Russia should be based on the Ukrainian Peace Formula.

This was emphasized by the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Denis Maluska in Davos during a meeting of national security advisers and foreign policy advisers of countries on the implementation of the Peace Formula, according to the president’s website.

He added , that the agreement must be multilateral, that is, signed not only by Ukraine and the Russian Federation, but also by the guarantor countries.

The agreement must be comprehensive and regulate all areas affected by the war.

“The terms of the agreement must be clear and legally binding, and the agreement itself must be ratified by the parliaments of the participating countries,” he said.
