The Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkov region reports this .
“Families with children, people with disabilities and pensioners were evacuated from the city of Kupyansk, the villages of Kupyansk-Uzlovoy, Kivsharovka and Sinikha,” the police said.
In total, the police and volunteers evacuated eight people from the Kupyansky district, including a 15-year-old minor girl.
