The head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadim Filashkin, reported this.
” One person was killed and one was wounded as a result of the morning strike on Kramatorsk,” he wrote.
He also added that a 49-year-old man died at the scene of the hit, and his 31-year-old daughter was injured.
