This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkov region.

“A resident of the village of Komarovka publicly denied armed aggression against Ukraine and called on the local population to support the decisions and actions of the aggressor state,” – the report says.

In particular, he distributed humanitarian aid from the Russians to the population. The man also hung a Russian flag on the administrative building and forbade it to be removed.

On this fact, the police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 111-1 (collaboration activities) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of 10 to 15 years.
