“Tomorrow we will have the first zoom with specifics. I can’t talk about the number of countries yet, but this is a large number that have begun to confirm their readiness to participate,” – said the head of the OPU.

Ermak emphasized that “we are ready to hear everyone” and that “we have at the table not only our partners from NATO countries, the European Union, but also countries from the Global South.”

The Kirovin Office of the President said that first of all, it is necessary to create a general plan within the framework of the summit, and then invite representatives of the Russian Federation to a conversation.

“I want to repeat the logic of the “peace formula”: the first meeting, the first summit at the level of leaders – it is without the participation of Russia. Then “we are opening up the possibility of holding, on all nine points out of ten, separate meetings, conferences, events at different levels to develop such a plan. And at the second summit at the leader level, when this plan is ready, we are ready to consider inviting representatives of Russia,” the head said OPU.

Ermak emphasized that “all countries who were with us on this path will sit at the table” and that there will be “no conversations under the table, no mediators.”

The Head of the Presidential Office added that “if Russia at that time has the political will for peace,” then work will continue according to the approved plan.
