“There are preliminary hits on civilian infrastructure. Information about the casualties and destruction is being clarified,” wrote the mayor of Kharkov.
Information about the explosions in Kharkov was also confirmed by the head of the Kharkov OV Oleg Sinegubov.
“A civilian infrastructure facility was recorded to have hit the Basic District of Kharkov . As of this moment, there are no casualties,” wrote the head of the OVA.
