This is stated in Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 59/2024 of February 8, 2024.

In addition, by Decree No. 60/2024 of February 8, 2024, Vladimir Zelensky appointed Alexander Syrsky as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .

Before this, Zelensky, by his decree No. 58/2024, dismissed Colonel General Alexander Syrsky from the post of commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
