The first four pilots from Ukraine will complete F-16 training by summer

An adviser to the National Guard in Arizona named a fairly specific time frame for the training of Ukrainian aces.

F-16 fighters four pilots from Ukrainians will take a course to fly F-16 fighter jets in the United States. And two more groups must complete their training by August. This was reported by CNN with reference to the Arizona National Guard, where pilot training takes place.

National Guard spokeswoman Captain Erin Gennigan said that the first group began training at the 162nd Airlift Wing base in Arizona in mid-October, and the second in January. The third group of Ukrainian aces does not yet work directly with aircraft, but attends language courses and learns the necessary English terminology.

All three groups are expected to complete training between May and August, but the exact timing will depend on how much progress the military makes.
