The Netherlands will give 100 million euros to the Czech ammunition initiative for Ukraine

Prime Minister Rutte also said that his country is finalizing a security agreement with Ukraine.

from European countries in Paris the Prime Minister announced new assistance for Ukraine Dutch Minister Mark Rutte.

On his page on the X network, the head of the Dutch government said that Ukrainians are “bravely fighting for their land,” but “Russia is putting pressure on the front, and this increases the demands on those who help defend themselves.” Therefore, the country will provide more than 100 million euros to the Czech initiative to purchase ammunition for Ukraine. Rutte hopes that this will allow hundreds of thousands of artillery shells to be quickly sent to the Ukrainian army.

The Prime Minister also noted that “Putin is preparing for a long war, so we must show him that time is not on his side.” Therefore, the Netherlands is already finalizing the text of an agreement on security guarantees with Ukraine, which should be valid for at least 10 years.
