Ukraine’s representative in the Rada will be Energy Minister German Galushchenko.
Vladimir Zelensky
Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree to support the IAEA in 2024-2025 years.
This is stated on the website of the head of state.
Zelensky ordered the creation of a Ukrainian delegation to participate in Council meetings, and appointed Energy Minister German Galushchenko as the head of the delegation and representative of Kiev.
The delegation also includes:
- Emine Dzhaparova – permanent representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna, deputy head of the delegation;
- Oleg Korikov – Chairman of the State Nuclear Inspectorate regulation of Ukraine;
- Petr Kotin – acting. Chairman of Energoatom;
- Igor Shevchenko – Director of the State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety;
- Sergey Shutenko – Director of the Department of International Security and Military-Technical Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The President instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to resolve the issue of financial support for the participation of the Ukrainian delegation in meetings of the IAEA Board of Governors.
