The head of state presented 30 certificates for apartments.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky presented certificates awarded this title posthumously. The Office of the President reports this.
Addressing those present in the Awards Hall of the Mariinsky Palace, the head of state noted that today different types and branches of the Ukrainian troops, different military stories are represented here, but in Ukraine there will always be equal respect for all Ukrainian soldiers and every heroic unit of the Defense and Security Forces.
“The true memory of Heroes is always based on two elements: a feeling of gratitude and unwavering respect for everything that has been done for the sake of our state and our people. Ukraine will never lose this feeling and will always be grateful, will always respect its Heroes. Each and everyone who stood up to defend the country. All those who became exemplary warriors. Everyone whose personal choice of courage and heroic deeds helped Ukraine stand on the path of our independence,” the president said.
He thanked everyone who fights for the sake of the state, and every family of Ukrainian Heroes for what Ukraine has such warriors.
Those present observed a minute of silence in memory of the soldiers who fell while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Vladimir Zelensky presented 30 certificates for apartments to military personnel of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and family members of the fallen Heroes.
In particular, Heroes of Ukraine from the Armed Forces received certificates from the hands of the Head of State: Colonel Yuriy Andrienko, Senior Lieutenant Roman Grishak, Lieutenant Colonel Roman Darmograi, Colonel Evgeny Kurash, Major Denis Makarovsky, Colonel Alexey Maistrenko, Major Yuri Mikhailyuk, Colonel Poberezhets, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Sosnin, Junior Lieutenant Igor Timoshchuk, Major Oleg Oliva and others.
The President also presented certificates for apartments to family members of fallen Heroes of Ukraine from the Armed Forces: senior sergeant Andrei Ivashko, lieutenant colonel Andrei Litun, senior sergeant Sergei Vasich, captain Dmitry Romanchenko, lieutenant Nikolai Makarevich, sergeant Alexander Fedorchenko, young Kramar, sergeant Andrei Orlov, major Stepan Tarabalka, senior lieutenant Sergei Suchkov, senior lieutenant Vladimir Stelmakh.
Certificates were also received by families of military personnel from the National Guard of Ukraine who were awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine posthumously: senior, senior lieutenant Mikhail Chuprin, senior lieutenant Maxim Kagal.< /p>
