During searches at the locations of the defendants in Kiev, mobile phones and computer equipment were discovered, which were used in criminal acts in favor of the aggressor country.
Based on the collected evidence, four detainees and ten other participants in the criminal organization were suspected of the following Articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

- ch. 4 tbsp. 28, part 1, part 2 art. 255 (creation and participation in a criminal organization);
- h. 3 tbsp. 161 (incitement of religious hostility and hatred committed by an organized group);
- chch. 1, 2 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine).
The issue of choosing a preventive measure for him – detention is currently being decided. The investigation continues to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice. The perpetrators face life imprisonment.
