A husband, wife and son were traveling in a car and exploded with an explosive device during the occupation in 2022.

A forensic medical examination has been ordered to identify the victims and the causes of their death. DNA samples were taken from a relative of the victims.

Investigative actions are carried out within the framework of crime, open under Part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) UKU. The perpetrators face 10 to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
