Russia demands that Gauleiters complete passportization of the TOT population by 2026.
Russia demands purchases until 2026.
The Center for National Resistance reports this.
According to the resistance, residents of the temporarily occupied territories continue to sabotage the issuance of passports, so the Kremlin is putting pressure on the Gauleiters because of this and has set deadlines for them.
“The occupiers create such conditions on the occupied lands when life without a Russian passport becomes critically difficult, but still the level of passportization does not reach 50% in two years. That is why Moscow even officially “allowed voting” without a passport in TOT in March,” the message says.
Ukrainians without a Russian passport cannot receive medical care, payments, training, or register property. However, no repression from the Russians will force Ukrainians to agree to a Russian passport.
- The Russians are pursuing a policy of forced passportization of Ukrainians not only in the temporarily occupied territory, but also in Russia. Those who were deported to Russia are blackmailed into obtaining a Russian passport.
- The occupiers force residents of the temporarily occupied territories to renounce Ukrainian citizenship.
