Among the victims is a minor.
On March 31, due to Russian shelling of the Donetsk region, five residents were injured.
This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The occupation forces carried out artillery shelling of Krasnohorivka, Kurakhovoy and Novoselidovka, Pokrovsky district.
Residential areas came under Russian fire.
“As a result of enemy attacks, five civilians were injured: an 82-year-old woman, two men 66 and 72 years old and the latter's 63-year-old wife, as well as a 16-year-old boy. The victims suffered injuries of varying degrees of severity were taken to medical institutions, where they are provided with qualified medical care,” the prosecutor’s office said.
As a result of shelling of populated areas, residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
