General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: In the Novopavlovsk direction, the Russians tried 18 times to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops

Units of the missile forces inflicted defeat on 6 areas of concentration of Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment.

General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: In the Novopavlovsk direction, the Russians tried to break through the defense 18 times. During the day, 62 military clashes were recorded at the front. In total, the enemy carried out 2 missile and 43 air strikes, carried out 39 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.</p> <p> This is reported by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.</p> <p>Defense Forces aviation carried out strikes on an anti-aircraft missile system and 13 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated. </p> <p>Units of the missile forces inflicted defeat on 6 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment, 8 artillery systems, an anti-tank weapon and a multiple launch rocket system.</p> <p>The situation at the front as of 18.00 April 2 is as follows:</p> <ul> <li>in <b>Volyn</b> and <b>Polessk</b> <b>directions</b>operational situation without significant changes. No signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups were identified. </li> <li>on <b>Seversky</b>and <b>Slobozhansky</b>The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Volfine and Aleksandrovka, Sumy region, and Lipka, Kharkov region. About 20 settlements were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Buda-Vorobievskaya and Klyusy in the Chernihiv region; Chernatskoye, Staraya Guta, Alekseevka and Dmitrovka, Sumy region; Veterinary, Gatishche, Pletenovka, Liptsy, Kharkov region4</li> <li>on <b>Kupyansky</b>our fighters repelled an attack in the area of ​​the village of Sinkovka, Kharkov region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to break through the defenses of our troops. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Sinkovka, Ivanovka, Stepnaya Novoselovka in the Kharkov region;</li> <li>on <b>Limansky</b>repelled 8 enemy attacks in the area of ​​the village of Terny, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops. More than 10 settlements were damaged by artillery and mortar shelling, including Belogorovka, Nevskoye and Serebryanskoye forestry in the Lugansk region; Yampolevka, Torskoye, Donetsk region;</li> <li>on <b>Bakhmutsky</b>the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions. The enemy launched an air strike in the Kurdyumovka area of ​​the Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Kalinovka, Andreevka, Kleschievka in the Donetsk region;</li> <li>on <b>Avdeevsky</b>repelled 10 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Berdich, Umanskoye, Pervomaiskoye and Nevelskoye in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to dislodge our units from their occupied lines. The enemy also carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Novobakhmutovka, Semenovka and Karlovka in the Donetsk region. About 20 settlements were shelled by artillery and mortars, including Berdich, Umanskoye, Netailovo, Nevelskoye in the Donetsk region;</li> <li>in <b>Novopavlovsk</b>Defense forces continue to hold the enemy in the areas of the settlements of Novomikhailovka and Urozhaynoye Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break through the defense of our troops 18 times. The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Krasnogorovka, Alexandropol, Vodyanoye and Ugledar in the Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire from the occupiers, including Novomikhailovka, Konstantinovka, Urozhaynoye in the Donetsk region; northwest of Verbova, Zaporozhye region. About 20 settlements were shelled by artillery and mortars, among them Krasnoe, Gulyaipolskoe, Novodanilovka and Malye Shcherbaki in the Zaporozhye region;</li> <li>in <b>Kherson</b> the enemy attacked the positions of our troops in the area of ​​the settlement Krynki, Kherson region.
